- HydroBlock Sport:Obermeyer independently third party tests all of its technical fabrics for performance verification. Our high performance specialtyfabrics use fully coated hydrophobic laminations and a superiorDWR polymer coatingfor stain protection and coating integrity. HydroBlock Sport resists up to 10,000mm before water penetration while allowing 10,000 grams of water vapor to pass through within a 24-hour time frame.
- Special Sizing:Everybody’s body has various shapes; and we take extra care in offering garments with extended size dimensions. Please refer to our size chart and fit guide for specific measurements.
- Full-Motion CriticalSeam Sealing:Obermeyer has tested and determinedconstruction seams which are critical to the overall weatherproof performance of an outerwear garment. Through pattern mapping we are able to offer the optimum level of protection, minimizing the garment’s interior exposure to theelements.
- AquaGuard Coil zipper hand and sleeve pockets:The AquaGuard Coil zipper is water repellent, a PU lamination on the underside inhibits water from penetrating the zipper and getting inside. Its narrow width makes the AquaGuard zipper lightweight and flexible.A secure pocket which can hold easily accessible itemswhetherit be your phone, cash, or carkeys. And, the convenience of a go-to pocket that is secure is always welcome.
- Abrasion resistant scuffguards:Great riding starts with tuned sharp edges. And, sharp edges wreak havoc on the inner pant cuffs and hems. We spend the time to design, build and incorporate abrasion resistant scuff guards and reinforced pant hems to mitigate the effects of high performance edges while you’re out ‘tearing it up’ – not your pants though.
